EXPERTISE

Marine Geisler, Head of Employment Law, advises and represents private and institutional clients in all areas related to employment and social security law.

She assists our clients in drafting contractual documents such as employment contracts and company regulations, as well as in structuring remuneration schemes, including bonuses and profit-sharing plans. Her expertise also covers individual and collective redundancy issues, as well as termination negotiations.

Marine Geisler is also experienced in representing our clients before labour courts and administrative tribunals.
