ACTIVITIES

Nicolas Piérard specialises in general corporate matters, active in particular in commodity trading, and he also regularly represents Swiss and international financial institutions, corporate borrowers and private equity funds in financing transactions such as debt financing backed by traditional assets, bonds issues and syndicated loans. He has also a broad expertise in M&A transactions, in particular in the financial services industry.

He also provides advice on art law for private collections.

Nicolas Piérard is recommended in Who’s Who Legal 2019 – Banking, and known for being “particularly strong in acquisition finance” by The Legal 500, 2017.
