Partner at Borel & Barbey, Stéphanie La Roche assists both Swiss and international private clients across various areas, particularly regarding their relocation to Switzerland (immigration, corporate law, and related tax issues).

She advises our clients on inheritance law and private international law, with a focus on cross-border successions, and provides expert guidance on complex wealth structuring issues, including the establishment of trusts and foundations. Stéphanie La Roche also represents clients in multi-jurisdictional inheritance disputes.

Renowned for her expertise, she supports numerous families in Switzerland and abroad with their estate planning and the management of their family office.

Actively involved in philanthropy, Stéphanie La Roche sits on the boards of several charitable foundations in Geneva and abroad. She is also a member of the board of directors of a cooperative bank and several Swiss companies.
