In particular, Romain Hondius assists companies, private equity and venture capital sponsors, as well as other institutional and private investors, in domestic and cross-border transactions, including equity investments, acquisitions, sales and joint ventures. He has specific expertise in advising start-ups and their investors on financing rounds at all stages of their development.
His practice also encompasses equity capital markets, where he advises investors, listed companies and other market participants on transactions such as IPOs, public tender offers and equity offerings, as well as on all related regulatory matters.
