EXPERTISE

Audrey Payot-Tasso advises private and institutional clients on a wide range of corporate law matters, with a focus on mergers & acquisitions and commercial law. Her practice also includes financing transactions, private equity and venture capital, as well as estate planning.

She assists Swiss and international companies of all sizes, such as start-ups, SMEs and entrepreneurs, in their development, fundraising and restructuring projects. Her expertise also extends to foundations and trusts.

Audrey Payot-Tasso further supports board members and business owners with all topics related to corporate governance, shareholder agreements and corporate housekeeping.
