EXPERTISE

Loris Bertoliatti is active within the Litigation Department of the Firm. He advises and represents our clients, individuals or legal entities, before state and arbitration courts.

Specialized in criminal law, he assists our clients, both as accused or plaintiffs, in general criminal law cases and in supplementary criminal law cases (as traffic road offenses, immigration law offenses or administrative criminal law) and represents them before cantonal or federal criminal jurisdictions.

During his years with the White-Collar Crime Division of the Office of the Attorney General and with our Firm, Loris Bertoliatti has accrued significant experience in white-collar crime matters and in international mutual legal assistance in criminal matters.

Loris Bertoliatti is also significantly active in assets recovery proceedings, in debt enforcement proceedings and in bankruptcy proceedings.

Since 2021, Loris Bertoliatti is author for Schulthess Juristische Medien AG and drafts numerous articles and courts decisions summaries for the online legal platform iusNet Droit pénal and Procédure pénale, which is dedicated to criminal law practitioners.
