EXPERTISE

Julia Henninger advises Swiss and international private clients in a range of areas, including inheritance law, private international law and matrimonial law.

She assists clients with their estate and matrimonial planning, whether it involves the transfer of family businesses, the establishment of trusts, or the implementaton of philanthropic projects. She also handles the management aspects of their family offices.

Julia Henninger provides advice on all legal matters pertaining to the settlement of estates, particularly in a cross-border context, and represents clients in disputes related to inheritance law, matrimonial law, and trusts.

Additionally, Julia Henninger’s expertise extends to supporting charitable organisations in managing and developing their activities.
