Nicolas Killen advises individuals and legal entities, including banks, asset managers, investment funds and industrial companies.

Nicolas Killen focuses his practice on commercial law, notably company law (setting up, structuring, and shareholders’ agreements), contract law, as well as on banking law, securities firms and collective investment schemes. Nicolas Killen focuses equally on mergers and acquisitions. He also advises on national and international tax matters.

Nicolas Killen serves on the board of directors of a number of banks and financial and commercial companies. He also serves on the board of several foundations.
