Partner at Borel & Barbey, Anne Laure Bandle advises and represents private and institutional clients in the areas of art law, copyright law, philanthropy, as well as contract and commercial law.

Her expertise enables her to support our clients, including private individuals, collectors, art dealers, Swiss and international foundations, artistic institutions and artists, at every stage of their projects and in ensuring their sustainability.

Anne Laure Bandle also advises our clients on estate planning, the execution of philanthropic projects and the management of their family offices.

In addition to her work at Borel & Barbey, Anne Laure Bandle is a lecturer in copyright, art and entertainment law at the University of Fribourg, Switzerland, a lecturer in art and philanthropy at the University of Geneva, and a guest lecturer in cultural heritage and art law at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). She is also involved in various foundations and associations, including the Art Law Foundation, of which she is the director.
