EXPERTISE

Partner at Borel & Barbey, Pierre Turrettini advises institutional clients in business law, particularly in corporate law, contract law, and stock exchange law, as well as private clients on national and international estate matters.

His expertise encompasses transactional operations such as mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, and fintech. He also supports start-ups, SMEs, listed companies, and investment funds, as well as board members, business owners, and entrepreneurs, in structuring, managing, and growing their businesses and commercial partnerships.

Pierre Turrettini also assists financial institutions, such as wealth managers, collective wealth managers, and trustees, on regulatory and contractual matters, including in their dealings with FINMA and SIX Swiss Exchange.

Additionally, he specialises in sports law and regularly acts as ad hoc clerk to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) in Lausanne, as well as counsel to parties in proceedings before national and international sports federations.
