For many years, Nicolas Killen has been particularly active in commercial law, especially company law (incorporation, advisory services, shareholders’ agreements), contract law, banking law, and regulations pertaining to financial services and collective investment schemes. His practice also extends to mergers and acquisitions, as well as national and international tax planning.
